General Advice:

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the wide variety of platforms and systems that our customers use to study and test with, Nirvana Massage is unable to provide computer technical support. However, we have listed some common issues and remedies below.


  • Our courses require a PDF reader to open.  The most common is the Adobe Acrobat Reader; a free download is available here: Download Adobe Acrobat Reader
  • Test using Chrome or Firefox. Safari is incompatible with our test site. Mac users please download a free copy from your Mac App store.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ):

  1. Will these courses count towards my CE Requirements?
    • Each state and industry has differing requirements.  That being said, all of our courses are  NCBTMB Approved meaning that if the NCBTMB is your certifying board, or is valid in your state, then YES, OUR COURSES WILL SATISFY YOUR CEU REQUIREMENTS!
  2. How will I get my coursework / certificate?
    • Upon checking out, you will receive an email with a receipt that shows the courses/bundles purchased and a link to the course downloads.  You can also login to your account to view your purchase history and available downloads.  Each course has a link to the test at the bottom.  Upon passing the test, you will have an opportunity to download your certificate as a .pdf immediately.  If you have trouble with either the testing or certificate, we can email you a copy quickly.  Just send us a message using our chat feature.
  3. What is your refund policy?
    • Our coursework is certified and our system has been proven to be effective.  If you are having issues accessing the materials, testing or getting your certificate, please contact us and let us help you first!  If you did not intend to order or would like a refund for any other reason, send us a message within 30 days and we will happily issue you a prompt refund.  It can take 3-5 business days for some banks to fully process the refund.  If you have already taken the course and test and are within the 30 day refund period, we will issue refunds at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.
  4. I'm having issues downloading or viewing my certificate.
    • Once you pass your test you'll have a link to download your certificate. One will also be sent to your email. Contact us if you need a copy. We'll forwad the link to you.
